New Work by Robert Bellm & Claudio Duran
Robert Bellm's paintings are a lucid depiction of the experience that wildlife has living in nature, now drastically affected by humankind’s desire to industrialize the world. Some of the cities Robert has exhibited work in include Detroit, L.A., Denver, Orlando, San Francisco, San Jose, Seattle, and New York.
Claudio Duran was born in Chihuahua, Mexico and raised in Texas. A Seattle resident since 2000, Claudio’s artwork is inspired by organic shapes, unexpected color combinations, nature and wildlife, anime, rust and decay, surrealism, fantasy, junkyards, and many other Pacific Northwest artists. His medium of choice is acrylic on wood, although he occasionally works in sumi ink on paper.
Claudio has shown his art work in galleries around Seattle including Bherd gallery, Eight and Sand, and True Love art gallery, retrofit home and is part of Echo Echo Gallery, a artists collective in Greenwood, where he shows his work the second Friday of every month during the Greenwood art walk. Additionally, Claudio is co-owner and co-creator of Seas and Peas, a local greeting card company.
